Bob is a second-generation home builder who has owned and operated HomeWrights Custom Homes with his wife and partner, Mary, since 2002. Bob also spent some time on the supply side of the construction business, working for Denver-based Hugh M. Woods back in the 70’s and 80’s.

Bob now leads a growing team of experienced general contractors, project managers, and construction experts who know how to guide you and coach you to building the home of your dreams!

John started framing custom homes in the Vail valley in 1990 and in 1997 earned his AAS in engineering. Shortly after that began working towards his Bachelor in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado. There he was hired as an intern for a city municipality and became a project manager of capital improvement projects.

John joined the HomeWrights team in August 2019. John’s clients find his diverse experience and easy going style reassuring in the complex world of custom home building. In his free time, John loves boating, watersports, and anything outdoors!

Patrick Haney custom home builder consultant at HomeWrights Custom Homes Denver

Patrick Haney is a Denver native with construction experience dating back to his college years. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Patrick enjoyed success in the solar panel industry for five years from 2008 through 2012.

Patrick has found his home joining the team at HomeWrights as a Project Manager. He enjoys working alongside clients and watching their vision of their home come to life.

After moving to California at 18, Dale started working for a framing contractor and really started to learn how to construct homes. At the age of 29 he had his general contractor’s license in the state of California. Since then he has enjoyed nearly two decades working on many new homes, additions and remodels. Going on his third year with HomeWrights Custom Homes he looks forward to many more years partnering with individuals and families who want to build their own custom home.

Geoff has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from the University of Colorado. Geoff started with HomeWrights as a client – he loved the build process as it presented new technical challenges layered on his decades of logistics, supply, project management, and production pipeline experience. Geoff enjoys helping clients realize their vision on time and on budget. He feels that his experience as a client helps him relate to their experience and concerns as they plan and build their dream home.

Carl graduated from the University of Florida in 2017 with a master’s in construction management, Carl spent several years in south Florida working for a general contractor, building high-end hotels and condos. He continued to work in multi-family construction when he moved to Colorado and recently joined HomeWrights Custom Homes to help owners bring their ideas to fruition.
