These four amazing, lakefront lots became available in Lakewood in 2019. Our first client on the lake was a Turnkey project. We handled everything and built a stunning legacy home.
Home number two turned out to be an Owner / Builder project for a husband and wife team of doctors. Every detail executed with surgical precision.
Home number three was another Owner / Builder project for a restauranteur. Complete with a lakefront swimming pool with a glass wall facing the lake as well as huge glass doors at the upper level, deck, and walkout level turning the inside and outside living spaces into one.
Home number four was for an entrepreneur in the billing industry. She had such a keen “plan and exectute” mentaility that kept her project flowing smoothly from start to finish.
